One summer, I made a huge mistake. I heard that a buffet at a state park was worth enjoying and so I recommended to the three families vacationing together that we try it out. It was terrible. After apologizing to the others, I told them that the buffet would be my new definition of hell: “All the food you can eat, and none of it good.”
One of my complaints about the internet is that there is so much to read, and so much not worth reading. So, why would I want to add more words to the informational landfill?
Fair question.
I hope my posts will justify themselves by offering points worth pondering. I hope to be the enemy of the shallow, ill-considered or unfair. My goals are not to win, be right, or be impartial but to push myself, and hopefully others, to reflect more deeply about moral and ethical issues.
We’ll see how it goes.

Great beginning...I like the analogy between the buffet and Internet. Looking forward to reading future posts!
